JA Projects appointed to design the new Fashion Museum Bath

JA Projects are excited to be working with Bath and North East Somerset Council on the new Fashion Museum Bath. With a wide-ranging brief, JA Projects will be considering how to exhibit work across the entire building, and will work closely alongside 6a, who have been appointed to lead the building’s renovation. Together, we will preserve and transform Bath’s Grade II listed Old Post Office into a state-of-the-art 21st-century cultural institution housing museum galleries and learning spaces, and serving as a hub for local, national, and international communities.

The Fashion Museum Bath will be the only museum in the UK dedicated to the history and heritage of British fashion, and one of only a handful of dedicated fashion museums in the world. 

​​The new museum is scheduled to open in 2030, with construction starting on-site at the Old Post Office in 2027.
