Mayor of London's Design Advocates

We are excited to announce that our Director Jayden Ali, will be continuing to support London’s Good Growth by Design programme as a Mayor’s Design Advocate, helping to champion quality, sustainability, and inclusion across the capital’s built environment.

The new cohort includes architects, urban designers, landscape architects, sustainability experts and equality, diversity and inclusion advocates, representing diverse practices and perspectives across London.

Appointed for the 2025–2028 term, the 53 MDAs bring together a wide range of professional expertise and lived experience to help shape London’s neighbourhoods, streets, and public spaces for everyone

The MDA programme continues to champion diversity and inclusion across London’s design and planning professions. Forty-nine percent of advocates are women and forty-seven percent are from Black, Asian or from minoritised ethnic communities.
